Privacy notice
What happens to the information you send us through the contact form on this website.
Who is responsible
ENSO IT, Alexandria, Egypt. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form:
- your name;
- your company;
- your work email address;
- your message.
We also record that you gave your consent. To stop abuse, the address your request comes from is used to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry and reply to it by email. Nothing else: no newsletter, no marketing and no profiling.
On what basis
Your consent, which you give with the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
Where it is stored and for how long
Your message is processed and stored on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Frankfurt, region eu-central-1) and delivered to our business mailbox. We delete it 12 months after our last exchange with you, unless the conversation continues.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. It is handled only by the service providers that host this website and our email, on our instructions.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Like any web server, our hosting keeps standard access logs (for example the address a request came from, the time and the page requested) for security and operations.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it.
Send your request through the same contact form. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
